Instead of nerfing the overpowered skills, buff the underpowered skills thats never used?
Like Amity, Stone Sheath, 90% of the paragon skills and lots and lots of more
if it for an example is overpowered with blood spiking or w/e, just buff the counters to it, cause I think most ppl like buffs more then nerfs

I hope to god we get more transparency in development when GW2 drops. I quit playing after 3 update cycles were skipped, and now its just not even funny.

Yes, most people like buffs more. Unfortunately, buffing skills is the part where ANet screws up and makes them OP. I'd rather have them nerf some of the existing OP skills, and buff underpowered skills later... With a LOT of testing and player input, obviously.

See?! I'm not the only 4v4er with this utter hatred towards 1-1-1-1-1'ing B.Surgers! B.Surge is OP'd vs all melee [except competent R/Mo's and lucky downright LUCKY warriors.. like this guy].

1 sec cast and no damage would make it more or less fine.

The same company that prevents transparency (NCSoft) will be working on GW2 as well.
If you like transparency, you'll need to find another company sadly...

You again QQ'ing about Blind??? If your midline (Ranger, Necro, Mes) cannot stop the Ele somehow (interrupt, Diversion, keep attunes down, etc) or you don't have disruption at all, then you kind of deserve to lose anyway.
Please stop or I'll start QQ'ing about melee damage and Quarterknocks in RA when I don't have a Monk to prot and help me up.

Yeah. The best proof is Aion's latest "community letter". Want a summarize?
"This is an announcement about announcing the announcement in the future announcement."

If they need 5 months just for nerfing skills... Then obviously not
Anyway, if ANet tries to buff and nerf skills in the same update, then both will go wrong. They can not do both things at the same time and make it work.

This.
Anet is slow. Anet is REDICILOUSLY slow, noone disagrees, but I rather have them NERF all the powercreep out of the game again, to then slowly bring every skill on par with set line of balance.
After the nerfs this upcommig update, I would love to see +-50 skills getting buffed, slightly, every 2 months. This is offcourse wishfull thinking, and it probably won't happen, but it's what would make this game, personally for me, enjoyable again.
Ive been playing the same builds for... 2 years now. I'm tired of it.

I can understand the mentality of 'buff old skills nobody uses to be awesome!' but that's kind of why we're sitting here now, having to nerf it all back to manageable. If these sorts of buffs were just done for PvE, then it wouldn't be too big of a deal (as long as they don't create SF types of issues). It's when skills get buffed to crazybonkers in PvP as well, and find perfect synergy with other skills to create some of the problems that exist currently in the game.

heh play ele lately in RA.. not like it's a serious format
playing ele, blind isn't on my list of things.. don't even use bsurge as I found spike is much more effective at winning matches than keeping a downs warrior blinded
bad players will complain about anything.. instead of bringing counters to what they complain about oh noes I deviated from the wiki!
